Forres Treatment and Care Hub

The Forres Treatment and Care Hub (NHS Grampian Service) within Forres Health and Care Centre works closely with the GP Practices and is able to provide acute assessment and treatment for ailments like chest infections, tonsilitis and other problems by specialist NHS nurses.

Patients access this service by

The Forres Treatment and Care Hub is not a ‘walk-in’ clinic. Please do not attend the service without an appointment.

Staff will arrange assessment and treatment from the Forres Treatment and Care Hub for appropriate cases.

Other NHS Services which run in the Forres Treatment & Care Hub include: 

  • Day Case Services – hospital specialties or your GP may arrange for Day Case services such as blood transfusions, venesections, IV fluids, cytotoxic injections, etc.,
  • Secondary Care Bloods Hub – hospital specialties may request that you have blood tests carried out as part of your ongoing hospital care.  This would usually be done by NHS staff at the Secondary Care Bloods Hub Clinic which runs twice weekly.
