Advice:
If you get regular vitamin B12 injections, for example, for the long-term treatment of pernicious anaemia, please call us on 0345 337 1120 to book an appointment for when it is due with the practice nursing team.
Please remember, you will need to have acquired your next vial of B12 (hydroxocobalamin) from your repeat prescription and pharmacy to bring this to your nurse appointment for it to be administered. You can request repeat prescriptions using our online form.
